As a clergy man, with military training and having a
technical background, he had a wealth of experience through
his training that helped him to venture into private
business. Having worked with many oil firms including
Mercury Engineering and Construction Company, Amco
Electrical Company Limited, Fin Oil and Gas and Vision
Resources Oil Company.
As a minister of the gospel, he has Bachelor of Arts in
theology, Master of Arts and Doctorate degree both in Church
Management from Cornerstone University and Theological
Seminary Texas, U.S.A.
ANITA ESI - DIRECTOR OF ADMIN.
A graduate of business administration and MBA in marketing,
she has worked with many companies including Efe Finance
Holdings, First Bank of Nigeria Plc and Tedsway Nigeria
Limited before moving over to Ceneni Oil & Gas Company
Limited.
OGUJOR ONOWOJOR JAME - DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE
He had his early education in Delta State and proceeded to
study accounting at the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra
State. He also has his background and presently having ICAN
in view.
He has worked with many companies as an auditor and as an
accountant in Aosee Investment Limited, Archbishops Court
and Land and Sea Oil and Gas Company Limited before joining
Ceneni Oil and Gas Company Limited.
TED ESI - DIRECTOR
He was the founding chairman of the group of companies
comprising of Tedsway Nigeria Limited, Oil filled Investment
Limited and Land and Sea Oil and Gas. An accountant by
profession, he worked with many organizations including
Niger Dock Nigeria Limited where he was the cost and
management accountant before leaving to establish his own
private business.
IBRAHIM ADO ABUBAKAR MUSTAPHA - EXECUTED
DIRECTOR TECHNICAL PROJECT
An engineer by training, he has Bachelor of Engineering in
Electrical Electronics, Masters in Nuclear and Solar Power
Engineering, MSC in Communication Security and Management.
He is also an author having five books written on Security
to his credit.
He has over 23 years of experience in his professional
calling and has been a director of various companies.
MR. GAGA UNUFE

DIRECTOR OF ENERGY.
Mr. Gaga Unufe is one of
the Directors of Ceneni Oil and Gas Company. He has a
degree in Petroleum Engineering, and has working
experiences with Dadi Oil and Gas Company, where he
worked for five years and Oso Marine and Energy where he
worked for two years respectively. Apart from the oil
and gas sector, he has managerial experience. He was one
time a manager with Tiger Plastic a Company owned by a
Korean for a period of two years, and also operational
manager with Tamohass Engineering Company for two years.
With his vast experience in the Oil and Gas Industries.
Engineering and plastic sectors, the board of directors
of Ceneni Oil and Gas Company deemed fit to make him one
of their directors as his gross experience in the oil
and gas industry, engineering and managerial experience,
would see Ceneni Oil and Gas Company to a greater
height.
OSEJI PATRICIAL CHINEDU - SECRETARY
Having worked in several companies such as Olsen Doha
Nigeria Limited, Bendel Feed Flour Mills Limited, IBN
Nigeria Limited here in Nigeria and in Hanbung, Germany, has
acquired a comprehensive experience before joining Ceneni
Oil and Gas Company Limited.
UMUFO BATHOLOMEW ADOGBESI

DIRECTOR LEGAL AFFAIRS
He has LLB (HONS) BL and the principal partner in B.A. Umufo
and Company, he is biased in Banking Services, Company
Management, Industrial Property and Intellectual Law. While
with Ceneni Oil and Gas Company Limited, he acts as the
company legal adviser being the director of all legal
matter.

Our administrative staffs are trained to meet up with the
challenges ahead in terms of keeping proper record in all
administrative matters. We expose our staffs to Symposiums
and training, both locally and internationally to meet up

The staffs working under this department are professionals
in financial Management, they have detail credentials. They

OPERATION
The operation forms the main backbone of our Oil and Gas and
Shipping departments, because of the importance we attached
to this department, every staff of the company contribute
maximally to see that required success is achieved in all
operational matters and work.
SHIPPING DEPARTMENT
As Oil and Gas Agents, we carry our job with maximum
efficiency. We have men with list experience of ten years;
our staffs are trained to effectively carry out all the
operational work to avoid lapses that could incur demurrage
on ships under our care. We do this by making sure that all
the laid down logistics for smooth operations are headed to.
The quick turn around of vessel is our priority.
We bill our customers, by taking into consideration the need
for a continuous business relationship. Bills like Agency
fee, Communication we make refund to our customers on bill
that attract such incentive, we are well equipped with
operational facilities such as Truck, Staff Buses and Cars
are on ground.
Our staffs are trained to handle both Oil and Gas jobs.
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
We have well trained staff in our marketing department. They
are all exposed to analytical training on how to approach
new customers and hold one; they are all good in public
relation, they are very obsequious in approach because of
their mannerism.
We do business with some of the best Banks in this Country;
we have an open credit line with some of our banks because
of our long business relationship with them.
